PRESERVED VEGETABLES

Hand-selected at the height of maturity, La Valle’s preserved vegetables make it simple to prepare an array of delicious and healthful appetizers, side dishes, and main courses at a moment’s notice.

 

Sundried Tomatoes — Packed in sunflower oil, La Valle’s Sundried Tomatoes are meaty and rich in flavor—an ideal complement to salumi and fresh mozzarella.

 

Artichokes — Fabled as an aphrodisiac, artichokes contain a host of nutrients, including potassium, magnesium, phosphorus, calcium, copper, zinc, niacin, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, and vitamins B6, C, and E.  Cultvated in central Italy, La Valle’s artichokes come in whole, roasted, and sunflower oil-packed varieties.

 

Roasted Peppers — Bursting with flavor and vitamin C, La Valle’s water-packed Yellow and Red Roasted Peppers can be enjoyed as is, with a drizzle of olive oil, or added to salads and side dishes.

 

Marinated Mushrooms — A delightful mix of button, straw, and nameko varieties, La Valle’s Mushrooms are jarred in a blend of sunflower oil, wine vinegar, and fresh herbs.

 

Beans and Legumes — Essential to a healthful diet that’s rich in protein and fiber, La Valle’s line includes Borlotti, Butter, White and Red Kidney Beans; Four Bean Mix; Chick Peas; and Lentils.
